Ha Giang Loop 4 days 3 nights – A border province and official Frontier Area, Ha Giang lies in the remote far northern region of the country. To visit this province is to journey back in time and encounter some of Vietnam’s most rugged and grand landscapes.
Day 1: Ha Giang -Duong Thuong – Du Gia Village (100km)
- From 10:30 am: After breakfast and practice motorbike, proceed to get ready to start discovering the mountainous Northern Loop.

- Thai An Heavens Gate
- We will head to a suspension bridge along the “Mien” River where we will stop to take some photos and relax along the riverside.
- Lung Ho Village viewpoint see the sunset
- Check-in at the homestay in Du Gia Village
Day 2: Du Gia – Ngoc Long Village – Bamboo Ferry – Meo Vac – Dong Van Town (100km)
- 8:00 am: Wake up and have a tasty breakfast at Du Gia Homestay

- Ma Pi Leng Pass will not disappoint you with its majesty of nature. Let’s enjoy day 2.
Day 3: Dong Van – Thien Hương Accient Village – Chinese Boder – Yen Minh Town (120km)
- Wake up, have breakfast and personal hygiene. Continue our journey on day 3.
- We will see the Chinese border and see beautiful landscapes in Northern Vietnam.
- The legendary pagoda rises on the top of the mountain, a historical milestone between Vietnam and China. Listen to your tour guide explain about China’s short war.
Day 4: Yen Minh Town – Aboong Water Fall – HaGiang City – “Cam” Coffee View
- 8:30 am Breakfast at homestay.
- A local guide will take you to a waterfall near the village.
- A quick stop at Lung Tam Village where a group of Hmong people live to see how the traditional clothing is made.
- Return to Hostel in the town of Ha Giang.
- Take a shower, pack and prepare your backpacks and luggage at the hostel.
What season is best to travel to Ha Giang?
September through to November is a good time to visit this remote province, with cooler temperatures on the journey to conquer Ha Giang Loop 4 days 3 nights. In November, Ha Giang is hugely popular during the Buckwheat Flower Festival. April to June is pleasant and warm, and July and August can be very hot with regular monsoons.
